What is Fair Use Policy (FUP)?

This is a policy which adjusts the download speed based on the volume of downloaded data during the month. The service is not cut nor is there an additional charge. There is no limit to your service except that the download speed decreases based on the consumption rates shown in this table. FUP is necessary for an equitable distribution of the bandwidth available to the users. The limits are reset to zero at the beginning of the following month.
